Wrought iron telescopic sliding gates – Canterbury
Wrought iron telescopic sliding gates were recently installed in the driveway of a property in Canterbury. These gates were a component of the front boundary fencing project at the property. They complemented the wrought iron infill panels and pedestrian gate.
The driveway had a slight cross fall which required the use of a rack and pinion track to enable the weight of the telescopic sliding gates to be smoothly operated.
The Centsys D5-Evo sliding gate motor was used to power the movement of the gates. This motor is intended for domestic and light industrial applications with gates up to 500kg. It is capable of closing a 4 metre wide gate in under 12 seconds.
